Dee Loveless is an "R" Dressage Judge
USDF Bronze and Silver medalist
Dressage instructor and trainer
Dee began showing hunters more than 25 years ago - but soon moved on to eventing before specializing in dressage in 1990. She has been successful in competing horses, including showing three horses in the breed (in-hand) divisions (Amara, JJ, and Donna Karen) over the years in NJ, Texas, Oklahoma, and New England. Dee has enjoyed training her horses, all of whom were purchased as young or green horses, to various levels of competition, including Roy who competed through Grand Prix. Dee credits her success to the excellent trainers she has worked with, including: Major Deszo Szilagyi (deceased), Captain Andy de Szinay (deceased), Franz Rochowansky (deceased), Major Jeremy Beale, Roel Theunissen, Shannon Dueck, Dr. Cesar Parra, Dr. Volker Moritz, and
and German bereiter, horse business master, Joern Kubelke.
Dee's horse showing and training success have been accomplished while she was working full time as a Manager of Human Resources for several different companies including Mobil Oil Corporation, St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins., NLC Ins., and Fuss & O'Neill Engineering Inc. This work in H/R, as a well as her B.S. in Business Management, have provided Dee with experience in the areas of training, goal setting, professional development, and good business practices. All of these skills come into play in the horse business.
As of 2008 Dee is able to devote full time effort to judging, training and teaching at her new
facility.
