Selling and Buying Horses

Dee offers assistance in selling your horse or finding a suitable new horse. If you are looking for a new horse, Dee has many connections in the U.S. and Europe to help you find your new dressage or sport horse equine partner. Through her professional interactions she has a large network of trainers and breeders with whom she has worked and who keep her informed of horses they have for sale. You can choose the level of service you need, either referral only – if you buy a horse to which you were referred there is a $500 fee, normally paid by the seller. If you want Dee to act as agent for you in locating, evaluating, and handling the negotiation on purchase, right through to vetting, there is a fee of 10% of the purchase price, paid by the buyer. Often Dee’s help with price negotiations results in a savings that covers the commission.

Horses for Sale – Located in Germany

The following horses are for sale; I have seen and ridden each of them during my recent trip to Germany. All of these horses are very beautiful, have 3 superior gaits, are easy to ride and have excellent dispositions. Contact me for more information about them deeloveless2@comcast.net or 860-208-6017. Donna Carmelitta a 4 yr. old mare, by Don Crusador out of a Wolkenstein II mare. Donna C is a lovely black mare with three swinging, fluid gaits. She is easy to ride and easy to sit. A very willing mare who just quietly goes about doing what is asked. She is approximately 16.1h and has a slender built, very much a lady’s horse. She has correct conformation. Donna Carmelitta would be perfect for an amateur rider due to her very calm nature and willing attitude, but she also has the ability to go to FEI levels. Bello - 5 yr. old Hanoverian gelding, By Belisimo M out of a Rotspon mare Bello is imported from Germany. An excellent FEI dressage prospect. Congratulations to Caroleigh Evarts.

Devyn - 2005 Hanoverian mare by DeLaurentis out of a Wetherson dam Beautiful horse, easy to ride, easy to sit. Goes on bit and works willingly. She is not marish and is very friendly. Devyn already had high placing and scores (73-75%) at breed show in-hand and under saddle from a German judge. Ready to show Training Level, schooling 1st Level. Devyn is also learning to jump. Devyn is suitable for an A/A or young person since she is calm and quiet, but a professional could also take her and train her quickly up the levels. She has no vices and will make a wonderful partner for someone. A horse of this quality, with three very good gaits and a great temperament is a rare find. Congratulations to Pat Gurrier on the purchase of Devyn! A wonderful new partnership.
